Here are some common questions you might have regarding your wedding and our services.


How long will it take to get our photos/videos?
Our standard turnaround time is 12-14 weeks from the day of the wedding to get everything back to you. Photos typically will be a quicker turnaround, around 4-6 weeks. In the off-season and early Summer, this time can be much shorter too!


Will we be able to get prints of our photos after the wedding?
All of our packages include prints rights for photos. You are more than welcome to get your wedding photos printed wherever you would like, or you are able to order them directly through your online gallery too! The quality is excellent, and the processing/shipping time is quick.


Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes, absolutely! About 25-50% of our couples get an engagement session. It’s a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera, meet your photographer, and of course to get some photos for your wedding website, Save The Date, and more.


Have you worked at my venue before?
It’s quite possible that we have. In the last 9 years, we’ve worked at tons of venues across the country, feel free to ask us! Some venues we work at frequently are Grand View in Mendon, Harrington Farm in Princeton, Harbor Lights in Warwick, Five Bridge Inn in Rehoboth, and the Saphire Event Group venues.


What is your pricing like?
Our packages start under $4,000 and vary depending on what you’re looking for. Feel free to check out our packages page to see what’s included, and submit a contact form above with your wedding date for pricing info!


How does payment work? Do you offer payment plans?
We accept checks, credit/debit and Venmo. We also do not charge any fees on credit card transactions. We ask for 25% of your total package cost with the signed contract, and the remaining balance is due 1 week before your wedding day. Your online invoice can be accessed at any time to review your balance or make payments. We do offer payment plans, just ask us about it!


Where will you travel to?
We are willing to go anywhere! Aside from local weddings in MA + RI, over the years we’ve traveled to New York, Connecticut, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Floria and California for weddings! We love our work and we love to travel so please don't hesitate to contact us due to location.
